Safety Rules
東京大学環境安全本部の規定により、大学敷地外で正課に関連する活動を行う場合、安全衛生管理計画書の提出が必要です。
安全衛生管理計画をまとめることによって、情報収集、現場の状況や調査、危険のシミュレーションを行うことになり、それ自体が危険回避・事故防止につながります。
安全衛生管理の規則は以下のPDFにまとめてあります。確認した上で、ALESS の担当教員と相談して、実験の計画を立ってください。
According to the provisions of the University of Tokyo Environmental Safety Headquarters, submitting a safety and health management plan is necessary when conducting activities related to regular work outside the university premises.
By submitting the safety and health management plan, we can simulate possible dangerous situations, allowing us to suggest measures to which itself leads to avoidance of danger and accident prevention.
The rules of safety and health management are summarized in the PDF below. Please confirm and consult with the teacher in charge of ALESS and plan your experiment following these rules.

３）報告先２：学生支援課 厚生係（アドミニストレーション棟１階 ６番窓口）
受付時間：平日9:00～16:30 電話：03-5454-6077 または 03-5454-6078
場合によっては、事故報告書を提出し、諸手続きに入ることがあります。

- Please contact the faculty member in charge of your ALESS class.
- Report the incident to the ALESS Office (03-5465-8221).
- Finally, report the incident to the Student Support Division Health Care Section (1st floor of the administration building 6th window). Reception hours: Weekdays 9: 00 ~ 16: 30 Phone: 03-5454-6077 or 03-5454-6078
In some cases, you may be required to file an accident report and other procedures.
